The company Highfield Capitalmanagement GmbH was founded on 07 September 2006 and had its initial domicile in D-12621 Berlin, Heerstrasse 24 - 26.
The company concentrated its activities on the whole territory of the Federal Republic of Germany very early already. Following a location analysis and considering the positive entry into the market, the company shifted its domicile to D-16259 Beiersdorf-Freudenberg, Weinstrasse 21 - 31.
The business purpose of the company is the detection of undervalued firms, real property and assets in the Federal Republic, their acquisition and their resale. In the focus of our business transactions are long-term investments for institutions and private persons acting as investors.
The company profits from the international shareholder structure in the form of multilateral know-how, financing tools and management.
